US Embassy American Citizen Services (ACS)

We needed to have some documents notarized by a USA notary today. The only USA notary in Panama is at the US Consulate ACS. We made the trek to the consulate and were surprised to learn that an appointment is necessary to use the ACS. Fortunately they made an exception for us. In order that you don't make the same mistake, here's the information they gave us.

Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Closed for Panamanian and American official holidays
