Last week we had a plumbing problem and the 2 local workers we called that day have yet to respond to Les's phone call! But Tim showed up here that very morning, having heard from a mutual friend about the problem, and offered his services. Les figured out on his own how to fix the problem, so Tim has never done any actual work for us, but we were impressed by his prompt response and friendly willingness to help. Tim and Sue are renting Zahida and Rod's house in Alcazar for 6 months while exploring our community and deciding where they want to live.

And he fixed our plumbing problem well. And now, we've been trying to get hold of him. Hey, GRANT G.! Where are you? We tried many times to call you on your home phone. We left messages on your answering machine. We haven't heard from you. Where are you? Can you at least give us a call if the dishwasher hose was fixed at all? Thank you!

My phone line has been down for 7 weeks. Several requests for repair, but Cable & Wireless does not seem to care about coming around to fix it. I will come by to see you this morning.
