TORREON Calle Antofalla y TSM

Buen día a todos. Aquí les comparto una foto de la Calle Antofalla, Torreon. No es una calle principal, pero igualmente debería ser mantenida y desde el año 2008, fecha en que esta calle fue reparada a mi solicitud y las cunetas mantenidas, a la fecha, están en mal estado y yo pagando mantenimiento TSM COMPLETO.
Digo COMPLETO, cabe recordar que aquellos que sólo tenemos lotes, antes pagábamos la MITAD de los que tenían lotes con mejoras y propiedad. Tengo 14 y 10 años pagando por un mantenimiento que no lo veo reflejado en la calle. No sé cual fue el argumento unilateral de Vistamares para UNIFICAR y cobrar a todos por igual. Esperemos que este tema se corrija con la creación de una sola Asociación. Propietarios con LOTE solamente sin mejoras, deberíamos pagar menos que aquellos que tienen casa y mejoras construidas.
Un propietario que ha comprado un lote, pero que NO VISITA REGULARMENTE EL AREA, NO VIVE en el área, no debería pagar el mismo monto que aquellos que sí.
Para aquellos propietarios de el TORREON, que tengan sus calles en mal estado, favor reportarlo para ir levantando un inventario de las reparaciones de calles y cunetas pendientes.
