The Auto-Depot past los Pueblos has relocated.
It is called SERTRACEN now located on Ave Jose Augustin Arango (via Espana) just before Calle 111 Este.

By the way, if you have a car in your name and do not have a cedula and your passport number changes, ATTT needs to be visited and the change made otherwise you will not be able to renew your drivers license. The drivers license bureau SERTRACEN will be able to tell the discrepancy and force you to correct it before renewing the license.

I just wish to add that the Registro Vehicular is still at the Auto-depo place, the SERTRASEN is the only entity that moved.

More info on process. As stated previously, if your vehicle is registered using passport number, the Vehicle Registro needs to be amended when using a new passport. The process is as follows:
1. go to the vehicle office across the police station next to the Xtra at 24 de Diciembre and pay $9 to get a paper to stipulate you owe nothing, at that office you will also get instruction to go to Banco Nacional and pay $30 to an ATTT account and get the receipt.

2. Proceed to Auto-depo in Los Pueblos and ask for your official registro to be amended. You need:
a. copy of new passport,
b. receipt $30,
c. Paz y Salvo from the first stop, and
d. the original vehicle registro.
