Buenas dias,

Nos gustaría saber por qué la piscina no es mantenida limpia durante la semana. Sabemos que bien es mantenida durante el fin de semana. ¡Esta mañana, por ejemplo, el agua era VERDE! ¡Sobre otras ocasiones el agua era turbia! ¡¡Cuándo preguntamos a uno de sus trabajadores por qué el agua estaba sucia, él contestó que los filtros fueron activados y productos químicos añadidos sólo por la tarde los Jueves, en la previsión de los fines de semana!!! ¿Ahora por qué es esto?

¿Son los residentes de valor menor que los visitantes de fin de semana que más que a menudo no están aún propietarios aquí? ¡Por qué pagamos TSM, si no tenemos el acceso a todas las instalaciones, nos preguntamos! ¿Por qué hemos pago para las reparaciones de la piscina (hace 2 años) por TSM, si sólo es mantenida los fines de semanas?

Esta situación es totalmente inaceptable, por favor aconseje que disposiciones serán tomadas.

We would like to know why the pool is not maintained clean during the week. We know that it is well maintained during weekend. This morning, for example, the water was GREEN! On other occasions the water was very merky! When we asked one of your workers why the pool was dirty, he answered that the filters were activated and chemicals added only in the afternoon on Thursdays, in prevision of the weekends!!! Now why is that?

Are the residents of lesser value than the weekend visitors that more than often are not even owners here? Why do we pay TSM, if we do not have access to all the facilities, we wonder! Why did we pay for the pool repairs 2 years ago through TSM, if it is only maintained for week-enders?

This situation is totally unacceptable, please advise what dispositions will be taken to remedy this situation as soon as possible.

Ing. Correa sent along a photo I include here. He says the pool has been cleaned.

For clarification the pool is part of the Club, facilities owned by the Vistamares section of Melo. Señorita Migdalia as the manager of the Club is in charge of the pool area, as well.
